Parijnan Vidyalay
Recognising the local need for a quality, value-based English-medium High School, the Saraswat Education Society started the Parijnan Vidyalay Pre-primary School in 2017.
The expansion of Parijnan Vidyalay to a full-fledged English-medium High School conforming to the CBSE curriculum is being executed in a phased manner.
The new High School building is now ready for opening in the beginning of the new academic year of 2023-24, and we believe this will have a major impact on the student community in and around Kotekar.
Milestones
- In 2018, we renovated the pre-primary building and added one section each for standards I to IV.
- In 2020, we began the phased expansion to Standard X.
- In the first phase, we plan to add rooms for music, dance, arts, and sports; counselling/medical rooms will also be added.
- In phase two, we will add 2 sections each for classes from Nursery to Xth standard with an additional capacity for 900 students every year.
- We plan to keep a heavy emphasis on arts, culture, and heritage along with the science, commerce and digital literacy.
